Our services

From the first question you have about studying abroad to the moment you land and start your first week — SK covers every stage. Two of the six cost you nothing.

01

Counselling

Free

Start here — and it costs you nothing.

Unsure which university suits you, or which course is actually worth your money? Sit down with a counsellor who has placed thousands of students and get independent, professional advice on studying abroad — matched to your grades, your experience, your budget and the life you want afterwards.

  • One-on-one session with an experienced counsellor, entirely free of charge
  • Course and university shortlisting matched to your academic record and budget
  • Honest guidance on which destination genuinely fits your goals — not whichever pays us most
  • A realistic view of entry requirements, English test scores and what you need to improve
  • Clear explanation of total cost: tuition, living expenses, insurance and visa fees
02

Admission

We hold the forms. We handle the paperwork.

SK holds application forms for every partner institution and manages the entire admission process on your behalf — compiling the application, certifying your supporting documents and lodging it directly with the university. Because we represent our partners directly, we talk to admissions teams ourselves rather than waiting in a queue.

  • Full application compiled and checked before submission — no rejected paperwork
  • Certification and attestation of your academic transcripts and supporting documents
  • Direct lodgement with the institution through our partner channel
  • In-person or video interviews arranged with university representatives
  • Credit transfer assessed if you have prior study — just send us your transcripts
  • If your first choice rejects you, we apply to a second college free of charge
  • Offer letter, acceptance and Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) managed end to end
03

Visa documentation

The part everyone worries about, handled properly.

We cannot approve a visa — no consultancy can, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. What we can do is prepare documentation so thorough that there is nothing left to refuse. That preparation is why the parent firm claims one of the highest visa success rates in Bhutan.

  • Visa orientation meeting explaining the regulations and how your case will be assessed
  • A full document checklist, tailored to your destination and personal circumstances
  • Internal visa assessment test before lodgement, so weaknesses are found early
  • Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statement preparation for Australian applications
  • Complete visa lodgement handled by us — we file the application on your behalf
  • Dependent and spouse visa applications processed alongside yours
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) arranged through our partner insurer, NIB
04

Financial guidance

Moving money across borders, without the panic.

International tuition transfers, visa fee payments and student banking trip up more applicants than academics ever do. We walk you through all of it — and if it helps, we will physically come to the bank with you.

  • Tuition fee payment to overseas colleges arranged and tracked
  • Online visa application fees paid on your behalf
  • A counsellor accompanies you to the bank for international transfer services
  • Budget planning for tuition, living costs and the funds you must show
  • Guidance on scholarships offered by partner universities and how to qualify
05

Preparation class

Free

Free. Because arriving lost helps nobody.

Once your enrolment is confirmed and your visa approved, we run a complimentary pre-departure class. It covers everything nobody tells you until you have already landed — and it connects you with Bangladeshi students already studying at your university.

  • Step-by-step university enrolment and orientation procedures
  • How your health insurance works and what to do when you need a doctor
  • What to pack, what to declare and what not to bring through customs
  • Accommodation options on and off campus, and how to secure them early
  • Introductions to the existing student community at your destination
  • Practical first-week guidance: SIM cards, bank accounts, transport cards
06

Travel assistance

All the way to the gate.

The last step is the flight itself. We plan the route, book the ticket and make sure someone is expecting you when you land.

  • Air ticketing with the most convenient and affordable routing from Dhaka
  • Travel planning around your enrolment and orientation dates
  • Alternative routes and connections compared before you commit
  • Airport pickup and onward transport coordinated at your destination
  • Pre-departure document wallet — every paper you will be asked for, in order

What does it cost?

Counselling is free and always will be. Beyond that, service charges vary with the programme you choose and the country you apply to — a diploma in Thailand and a PhD in Australia are not the same piece of work. You will be given the exact figure in writing before you commit to anything, and nothing is added afterwards.

If your first application is rejected, we apply to a second college of your choice at no further service charge.

How it works

Timings are indicative — they shift with your destination, intake and course. What does not shift is that you always know exactly where your file stands.

  1. 01

    Free counselling

    Week 1

Sit down with a counsellor — in the Dhaka office or over a video call. We assess your grades, budget and goals, then shortlist courses and universities that genuinely fit. No charge, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Application & offer

    Weeks 2–6

We compile your application, certify your documents and lodge it directly with the institution. If your first choice says no, we apply to a second college free of charge.

  3. 03

    Acceptance & COE

    Weeks 6–10

You accept your offer, we handle the enrolment confirmation and chase the institution if anything stalls. Scholarships you qualify for are applied for at this stage.

  4. 04

    Visa lodgement

    Weeks 8–16

Visa orientation, a full document checklist and an internal assessment to catch weaknesses before they matter. Then we file the application on your behalf — including for your spouse or dependants.

  5. 05

    Prepare & fly

    Before departure

Free pre-departure class covering enrolment, insurance, accommodation and packing. We book your ticket, arrange airport pickup and introduce you to students already there.

Free counselling · No obligation

Tell us your grades, your budget and where you want to end up. We will tell you honestly what is possible — and what is not.
